And my friend who sent it to me 's gonna get a stern email about what to send to me-- and what not to. I have a very raw sense of humor, but when it comes to injury of a defenseless animal, that just shows you you have an IQ of 9. And the cat wasn't stupid, it was purposely 'lured' to the object. How anyone could sit there and film their pet being tortued like that, and not put the camera down and go help...is beyond compehension.

man..the guy who was filming was a total idiot. the cat was hanging on the fan, but that guy was like:''wow look at my pet getting hurt and maybe even killed!! thats so cool'' how i want to punish the guy who was filming :@

That was really awful. It obviously was set up and the cat likey died by the looks of how hard it hit the wall. After what they did to that poor animal would they really take it to the vet if it was still alive? :( Is there any way to report these people for cruelty? I really hope someone does.

but it aint the owners fault if u watch it again and listen to what the guy says he actually trys to lure the cat AWAY from the fan and he says turn off the fan!. But it still wasn't nice of him to sit there and do nothing but u cant control what the cat done it was the cats choice really.

LOLOLOL You never rode the teacups at DisneyWorld? Highly unlikely the cat suffered any injuries since they are so flexible and he didnt land any harder than had fallen off a tree or bird feeder while chasing squirrels. We have 5 cats and they are constantly doing crazy stunts of their own curiousity and /or chase instinct. Real cruelty is letting the cat play w/ electrical cords or DECLAWING them so they are defenseless against other cats.

Also if you notice the distance btwn the fan blade and the wall is maybe 5-6 feet, and the fan is not at full speed. You might do more damage to a cat accidentally stepping on one's paw as they swarm you during feeding time. We adopted a stray once that crawled into the neighbor's car engine to stay warm, only to be chewed up by the radiator fan. $4000 worth of surgery and 8 yrs later, he is fine. I wonder how many of these PETA geeks and so called "animal activists" keep pets w/o spending the $ for proper shots and vaccinations. That is especially true w/ cats, who are highly subjectable to disease, much more so than dogs. Take it from someone who has owned 15 cats over the past 25 yrs and spent a ton of $ caring for them. That video is just a cat being a cat, so get over your indignation.

That's funny, in India we tie a rope to one of a cat's feet then bang it to the ground until it's dead then we cook it like a beef stew for dinner (some of you may think we eat cat is disgusting, but I think you eat BIG cow is even worst.). Anyway, try it, it's very good.
