Goes to show white cops just don't taser ignorant blacks, they taser ignorant whitey too. I like cops as little as the next guy however as society is now full of dumb shi ts, cops can't afford to have anyone not "respect my authority". Sorry to say that's the only way it's going to work and keep some of us non ignorant folks safe.

Any happy asshole knows you don't enter into negotiations with the police on the side of the highway. At the point where the driver began disobeying the instructions of the policeman, his rights ceased. The place to argue the ticket is in court. You don't whine like a bitch on the side of the road. Kudos to the UHP.

I agree, once a cop tells you to do something... you DO it. As an ex-cop, it was incredibly frustrating to have to argue with idiots like this. What, the guy thought the cop was LYING to him about speeding? There are more than enough speeders out there to keep cops busy so they don't have to go start lying about it. The girlfried is lucky she didn't get shot as well... as far as the cop knew, she was coming around the corner of that van to shoot him or knock him in the head. Obey the law!

All though he did not do as the cop instructed the cop lied in order to write the ticket. The police officer must also make sure the ticket is fully understood before you sign it. In this case the police officer didn't even indicate what speed he was traveling or were he was speeding at other then "right past the sign". This type of force by gun how cops is not tolerated. As you will see a law suite will be brought to this police officer as the force used was not needed. I have had this happen to me as well owning a street bike and I for hope that every cop I run into will act the same way. I have had over 100 tickets dropped and I no longer work do to cops like this. So to all the cops who think they are god, I thank you for paying my bills and buying my house. If you are a police officer and take offense to what I said, then you are one of the officers I talk about. Please be sure to pull me over as many times as you feel you need too. The more you pull me over the more money I make.

Not to mention the illegal search of the truck. They didn't ask or anything. As well as lieing at the end to the other police officer what happened. "I warned him first".... This guy is going to make some huge money off of this situation.

To the idiot who states he had over 100 ticket's dropped, you are just that, an idiot. The time to argue a ticket is not when you get it, but when your in court. This guy shoulf have listened to the officer, but instead, he chose to walk away and not follow instructions. Now day's, you don't know who your dealing with or who might shoot you.

My tickets were dropped in court do to cops just like this. All though cops may need to be on the toes about who they pull over, that kind of behavior is wrong. Not to mention that he lied to other officers at the end of the video and I'm thats how he wrote it in his report. Cops such as these should simply be fired or turning into mall security gards.

Maybe all enforcement should know your name.. so when you actually might need them, they wont be for you. people like you are worse than mindless criminals.. Do you not get it??? To all the cops in here acting like an ass, you guys/gals need to chill the heck out and quit being all high and mighty! Yes, there is a need for cops and I know this because my brother is one, but there is a way to go about things and to treat CITIZENS fairly. What would have been the big deal, if the cop would have let the guy (who was supposedly speeding) show him what he was talking about and for the cop to show him the actual speed. It is just that, not a big deal and the situation would have been resolved and over with. I understand that some people you treat differently with different situations, but come on this guy was with his family and he wasnt a thug or a hard criminal type, he was just wanting his question answered. Ya'll end up getting into the business to PROTECT and SERVE, we'll it seems like that cop needs to PROTECT a little better. First off, he should have told the guy to pull a little further off the road, as to not get hit possibly. Then he should have just been laid back and chill about the whole situation and when he did not follow procedure, he freaked out and shot the guy with a taser and to make it worse LIES straight up and down to his fellow officer, which is like HELL YEAH. Get real ya'll and start doing your jobs correctly. I am sure each and every one of you remember being a normal citizen, before you got your badge and started acting like a tuff guy. That is not pointed at all cops either, since I have had tickets and the cop went about it the right way and everything went smoothly. Again this is my 2 cents and would hope that all the cops or whoever reads this will use their brain before responding with some stupid tuff guy comment. Have a great day and be safe and god bless.

My brother is a cop. And he would tell you now this is shamefull. Absolutely. No real cop would do this. This one in the uniform is obviously some guy who still has a grudge from being picked on in the playground. I'm sure the state of Utah after this will see that he's fired. At least. Better to give him some jail time. He sure shouldn't be a cop, that's for sure. He doesn't seem to be able to control himself and (I'm trying to understand it) must just have a very low threshold of fear when he attempts to go about his daily business.

is that guy like on something? he wouldnt of gotten arrested if he would of just stfu & did what the cop asked but he was resisted bc he kept arguing, following the cop around & trying to walk away & sht, what a fkn idiot. the cop had every right to tazer him & sht he could of been dangerous or trying to flee :shakes head:
