Look at the damage on the guard rails it is fair to say the corner is just designed badly, looks like the white car did the same thing and there is damage all up the guard rails both sides.

I thought the truck was going to hit the parked car. The guys who designed that section of road probably mounted the camera there, and they sit back and eat popcorn while they watch the mayhem and laugh their heads off. The truck driver probably has to change his shorts.
